Grid interconnection takes five to ten years if it’s approved at all. We convert existing metro buildings with ready access to natural gas and fiber, and generate our own power, so nothing waits in a queue. First capacity online in 12–14 months, engineered to scale into hundreds of megawatts.

Inference is continuous, latency-sensitive, and increasingly sovereign and power is the real constraint on scaling it. We build distributed, self-powered metro sites from one repeatable playbook, committing gigawatts of edge capacity that stays close to users and scales without fragmenting.

Custom AI factories.

We design and build each facility to the client’s exact spec; sovereign, fully dedicated, and purpose-engineered, never retrofitted. Direct-to-chip liquid cooling, bare-metal GPUs, AI-tuned storage, and a non-blocking RDMA/InfiniBand fabric, all owned and coordinated end to end as one integrated system.
